What happened to 2015?

Yes, sometimes I am not so good at doing things that I set up to do. Like keeping this site alive with new posts about my life. I started this blog way back. I started on New Years Eve of 2007 if you check back here. But I actually started even before that. About 1998 I think I started writing an online blogg as a diary for my self. I kept it going for years but then things changed and I stopped writing here.

Back then I coded everything on my own and in HTML and ASP, but now I lean back and enjoy the possibility to use a system made by others. Maybe I one day will be able to lift in those old entries and put them here. That would make this blog go from being around eight years old to be more like 18 years old. Shit, that’s more than half my life.

But from 2007 and until now it mostly focused on my small wanderings while I studied. And then it focused on Nepal for a while when I was there for writing my master thesis. And then about when I moved up to the more northern part of Sweden. Well, right now I live in Stockholm, so I am back to the city where I lived when I started writing back in 1998.

So what has been going on here since last? Well I made some promise to my self to be more active here, but half a year later I did one entry here and then it’s been silent for more than a year. We can just say that my life has been full with a lot of other things. I just haven’t had time to sit down here and write. I haven’t been inspired fully, and I need that to do things.

But here I sit now. A new year has just begun and the snow is just barley covering the ground. I wish we had way more snow, but I am pleased with his little about. The capital of Sweden isn’t very famous for having white winters. Normally everything is just grey, black, brown and rainy here during the winters.

I do not know what happened to 2015 more than that i flew by. The clouds on the photo above are taken a night almost a year ago, when me and my wife visited Guatemala to be part in our friends wedding. Then there came a new job and a move. After that an expansion of the “us” to a “family” and since then it’s just been more or less that on the agenda every day. And I love it.
